Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Manager to drive sales growth through lead generation, client engagement, and field-based business development activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent field activity.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell EFFORT to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations as required.
- Address client queries and provide post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills :
B.Tech (Computer Science), BBA (Marketing), or equivalent.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (field-based). Product sales experience preferred.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.Role Requirements :
Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.Flexibility for occasional weekend or extended hours based on client requirements.Experiences sales professional in the domestic SaaS industryExposure to Middle-Eastern and Africa Market is a plusEducation
