Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Manager  to drive sales growth through lead generation, client engagement, and field-based business development activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent field activity.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell EFFORT to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations as required.
  • Address client queries and provide post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • B.Tech (Computer Science), BBA (Marketing), or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (field-based). Product sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Role Requirements :

  • Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend or extended hours based on client requirements.
  • Experiences sales professional in the domestic SaaS industry
  • Exposure to Middle-Eastern and Africa Market is a plus
  • Education

    Bachelor of Liberal Arts (BLA / ALB), Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor of Music Education (B.M.E.)
