About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy Operations Manager based in New Delhi who will drive our core business of recruiting, training, and deploying Indian nurses to Germany. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role that requires ownership, strategic thinking, and operational discipline. You will lead end-to-end execution from nurse acquisition to onboarding them into our German language training and ensuring their progress and placement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Acquisition

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified nurses interested in relocating to Germany
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, nursing colleges, training institutes, and associations
  • Explore digital, grassroots, and referral-based campaigns to expand candidate pipeline
  • Training Batch Management

  • Own and manage multiple batches of nurses enrolled in our German language training program
  • Coordinate with admissions, trainers, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, orientation, and scheduling
  • Monitor attendance, academic progress, and performance metrics
  • Candidate Engagement & Tracking

  • Screen and select nurses as per eligibility and client criteria
  • Conduct regular mentoring sessions to motivate, resolve issues, and retain candidates through the course
  • Identify drop-out risks early and take proactive measures to retain them
  • Keep detailed performance records and regularly report batch status to leadership
  • Operations & Results

  • Ensure operational excellence with tight planning, tracking, and process compliance
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets on enrollments, training completions, and candidate readiness
  • Coordinate with visa / documentation and placement teams for smooth post-training transition
  • Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred : in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field)
  • 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, or workforce recruitment
  • Experience in education, healthcare, or international recruitment is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cohorts simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking and basic familiarity with CRMs or tracking systems
