On-site Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Electrical Design Engineer

with over 10 years of experience in

Building Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of electrical systems—from concept and schematic design through to detailed design, tender documentation, and GFC drawings. Key Responsibilities : Design & Review of HV & LV Power Systems : Capable of preparing DB schedules, voltage drop calculations, and single line diagrams (SLD). Lighting Design : Proficient in lighting layout and calculations using DIALux. Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Design : Able to design and review life safety systems as per standards. Telephone and Communication Systems : Design and review of voice / data infrastructure. Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems : Experience in security, access control, and surveillance systems. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation : Skilled in creating take-off sheets and bill of quantities. Coordination & Communication : Effective coordination with clients, architects, structural and MEP teams. Must have strong communication skills and be a collaborative team player.
