Engineer II, Process

General Summary : responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by developing new processes, analyzing data, and solving production problems. Key duties include creating and updating work instructions and process documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing process improvement projects, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and supporting the introduction of new products and automated equipment

How you will help us connect the world

• Process optimization :  Continuously improve current manufacturing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield while reducing costs and waste.
• Documentation and procedures :  Create and maintain process flow charts, work instructions, and other technical documentation related to process changes or new products.
• Problem-solving :  Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and provide technical assistance to manufacturing to resolve issues related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Project management :  Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime, including validating project results and preparing reports.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with design engineers, automation engineers, and production staff to support new product introductions, implement engineering changes, and ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.
• Compliance and safety : Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies

Required Qualification for consideration.

Qualifications & Experience :

OR

Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience
