Job description

What do we need from your end?

  • Analyze and interpret business data to support strategic decisions.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements.
  • Support the sales team with data insights, lead tracking, and performance reports.
  • Assist in client follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of MS Excel and interest in business operations and sales.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL – a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and business operations.
  • Understanding of sales processes , lead funnels, and reporting.
