Job Description / Qualification :

Experience :   2 + years in Digital Content Creation, Copywriting, Text and Visual Content Creation

Role Description :

We are seeking a dynamic startup seeking a talented and versatile Copywriter with a passion for crafting short marketing copies. As a content creator, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and creating compelling copy for various marketing channels. This position requires expertise in writing concise, persuasive, and attention-grabbing messages to engage our target audience. It also needs creativity in visual creation.

Fluency in Hindi and the ability to write in Hinglish is a must, as it will enable you to connect with our audience on a deeper level. Experience in technical writing or knowledge of "Supply Chain Finance" is good.

Job Content :

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Create impactful and concise copy for short marketing materials such as social media posts, ad headlines, landing page taglines, email subject lines, and product descriptions in Hinglish.
  • Craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience, effectively communicate our value proposition, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand our industry, market trends, and competitors, allowing you to craft unique and engaging copy, blending Hindi and English seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless integration of copy and visuals for maximum impact. You may have to design the visuals also.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Provide input and ideas for creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience writing short marketing copies that engage and convert target audiences.
  • Experience in using design tools like Canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and concise copy in Hindi / Hinglish.
  • Familiarity with technical writing or experience in writing about complex concepts related to ERP systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to adapt copy to different marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media trends.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing copy is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hindi, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    • Nice-to-have Skills :

  • Understanding of technical aspects of "Supply Chain Finance" and Business Loans.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
