We are rapidly expanding in the U.S. market and are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive outreach, support sales operations, and enhance customer engagement through structured campaigns and data-driven initiatives.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns, cold calling, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team with up-to-date CRM and reporting. This role will also contribute to customer retention strategies, identify new business opportunities through data tools, and coordinate closely with sales and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, familiarity with U.S. market outreach, and experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate and support the sales team with up-to-date reporting, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
Develop customer retention strategies and assist in nurturing existing accounts.
Research and identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and prospecting tools.
Manage and maintain data accuracy across CRM and lead-generation platforms.
Leverage tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo for database building and outreach.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align lead-generation campaigns with business objectives.
Core Competencies & Skills
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Fresh Sales, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Ability to analyze campaign and sales data for actionable insights.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or marketing support.
Experience with U.S. market outreach strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of supporting sales and marketing teams with campaigns, lead generation, and CRM usage.
