Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling activities to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in BPO hiring, BPO / Consultancy industry.

Must have team handling exp.

Proven track record in managing bulk hiring projects from start to finish.

Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and negotiation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
