Job descriptionLeading site supervision to ensure the quality and timely completion of civil and interior work. Conducting regular quality checks to maintain high standards for interior spaces. Overseeing MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) facilities and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align interior designs with overall project goals. Developing and presenting design proposals, including 2D layouts, 3D models, and material selection, while adhering to project budgets and timelines. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in design practices.
Education Qualification
- Diploma in Civil with relevant experience in interior work.
