Job descriptionDrive continuous micro-planning across all outfitting sections (e.g. Mechanical Piping Allocate resources manpower and facilities effectively to Heads of section under Oversee the installation alignment and chock fastening of major machinery including Direct the execution of pipework HVAC insulation electrical cabling instrumentation Ensure all hot work related to outfitting is completed before critical stages like painting as Manage all pre-requisite activities such as equipment protection preservation de- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards and Supervise and manage all Set to Work (STW) Harbor Trials and Sea Trials of main Coordinate all statutory Classification Society (Class) and Original Equipment Maintain comprehensive quality records (QR) for installation alignment commissioning Act as the primary technical point of contact for outfitting activities coordinating on policy Discuss and resolve technical / quality differences with inspecting authorities (QC Oversee the final Handing Over Taking Over (HOTO) process of the vessel to the owner. Monitor and support after-sales service and guarantee claims (GC) for delivered vessels.
