Job description
- Lead and execute Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption implementations across enterprise environments as per the defined scope
- Perform Firewall Endpoint Encryption Server and SQL Database installation and configuration
- Diagnose and resolve critical encryption failures , policy mismatches, and agent-related issues
- Provide Level 3 remote and onsite support for complex technical issues not resolved by L1 / L2 teams
- Manage and maintain DLP policies , create custom deployment packages , and ensure security policy compliance
- Collaborate with Trend Micro and other security vendors for escalated ticket resolution and feature optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis and generate technical documentation for issue resolutions and best practices
- Mentor and assist L1 / L2 engineers and contribute to the Knowledge Base (KB)
- Maintain detailed logs and update support tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Participate in security audits, compliance checks, and assist in incident response handling
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field4+ years of experience in endpoint security implementation and support, with at least 2 years in an L3 capacityExpertise in Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption , Antivirus Servers, and Policy ServersStrong experience with SQL DB setup, maintenance , and encryption troubleshootingIn-depth knowledge of endpoint security, malware behavior, policy enforcement, and remediationFamiliarity with enterprise OS environments (Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11)Strong command-line, scripting (PowerShell, Batch), and remote diagnostic toolsExcellent communication and client interaction skillsPreferred Certifications :
Trend Micro Certified Professional – Endpoint SecurityCompTIA Security+ , CEH , or equivalentMicrosoft or SQL Server certifications (added advantage)
