Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot 3.0+.

Implement RESTful APIs for system integrations.

Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.

Deploy and manage applications on GCP (GKE – Kubernetes Engine).

Implement CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / DevOps environments.

Ensure application security, reliability, and performance in production.

Must-Have Skills

Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.0+, Microservices

RESTful API development

Kafka (messaging and streaming)

PostgreSQL (database design and optimization)

GCP with GKE (Kubernetes)

CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)

Good to Have

Docker

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Exposure to frontend frameworks (React / Angular)
