Job Summary : Research & Development Head at Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd. leads the innovation and development of world-class orthotic, rehabilitation, and healthcare products. Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Define and drive the R&D vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Tynor's business goals.
- Lead innovation in product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Foster a culture of creativity, scientific rigor, and continuous improvement.
Product Development & Innovation :
Oversee end-to-end development of new products-from concepts to commercialization.Ensure alignment with global standards in biomechanics, ergonomics, and orthotic therapy.Utilize emerging technologies (e.g., 3D printing, AI-based modeling, smart materials) to enhance product efficacy and user comfort.Regulatory & Compliance :
Ensure all product development meets national and international regulatory standards.Collaborate with QA / RA teams to ensure timely approvals and certifications.Team Development & Collaboration :
Build and mentor a high-performance R&D team including product designers & product engineers.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure market readiness and manufacturability of new products.Research & Partnerships :
Build partnerships with academic institutions, healthcare professionals, and technology firms for joint R&D initiatives.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical technologies.Intellectual Property (IP) Management :
Lead patenting efforts to protect innovations and intellectual property.Work closely with legal teams to monitor and enforce IP rights.Eligibility Criteria :
