Role Overview :
- Leading the Regional Finance & Accounts function.
- Managing and ensuring timely and accurate bills.
- Ensuring all compliances.
- Being finance SPOC addressing all queries / concerns related to accounts.
- Building internal and external relationships related to Finance function.
- Assisting regional manager in budgeting, PNL analysis and helping in giving all required details and making related MIS.
Key Responsibilities :
Collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement across regionLeading monthly finance close with detailed root cause analysis of variances vs budgets / estimates.Monitoring monthly budgets, expenses / payments at restaurant level falling in that regionKey finance business partner for various initiatives carrying out at Region.Responsible for conducting financial review activities, provide suggestions for revenue enhancement, pricing strategy and cost controllingBenchmarking circles and conducting reviews in order to provide strategic financial insights and improve performance of the Region.Support RMs in preparing the annual budget and subsequent variance analysis of actual vs budgetWorking closely with circle heads for identification of best practices, top / bottom performing restaurants, closure of restaurant, if requiredWork closely with business team, supply team and IT team to ensure business goals with financial goals are achievedContinually improving internal processes and controls.Ensure compliance with corporate governance and policiesSharing of "New" initiatives taken by the Corporate Finance to the Regions.Work with the team to improve financial systems in the region and assist in introducing change where requested as part of CA / CWA-with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.MBA with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in FMCG / Retail / QSR industry with strong excel and power point capabilitiesref : iimjobs.com)
