Job Purpose
To lead the Brand Communication efforts for the circle namely brand health monitoring, product campaigns, events and sponsorship, in-market visibility to deliver best in class business results
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
Brand health monitoring - Identify Circle business needs – consumer insights – develop quarterly calendar – Align & close Marketing head – share / align corporate + media SPOC
Budgets Management : Develop quarterly budgets plan – align marketing heads and Brand Communications Lead @Corporate - Monitor budgets - collate and share expenses with Corp media / circle Ops Leads
Circle Product Campaigns :
Develop product briefs from circles basis calendar - Convert product briefs to communication briefs – Align corporate SPOC - Share it with centralized Ogilvy – Creative output signoff from corporate SPOC- Develop GTM package basis corporate SPOC signoff & handover to circle execution team
Monitor & collate performance results for respective circle – share with corporate circle spoc
Corporate campaigns :
Align GTM plans for Circle basis circle budgets
Align corporate teams (circle + Media SPOC) - Deliver package to circle execution teams
Monitor & collate results for respective circle– share with corporate circle spoc
Retail & Trade Engagement : Smooth implementation of each signage campaign. Update and maintain retail signage database. Provide complete marketing support to existing and upcoming stores.
Circle Activation / events / sponsorships – Evaluate & Align & take budget approvals from corporate / media SPOC and supervise execution of same
In Market visibility : Monitor in market visibility execution through the Merchandiser App reports – highlight issues and lead mitigation plans
Internal Communication : Extend product / service related campaigns internally conceptualization & and execution employee events as per the brief of HR team
Lead PR plan for circle
Brand guidelines : Ensure all internal / external communication adheres to brand guidelines along with corporate brand SPOC
Quarterly reviews with the agencies on the work done and a competitive analysis to develop benchmarks and way forwards
