The Role

Are you passionate about driving workforce solutions and ensuring optimal resource management? Join our team as the Director Workforce Planning, where you will play a pivotal role in championing headcount and affordability tracking, providing insights on supply and demand issues, and leading squads to align support areas with business goals.

As the Director Workforce Planning, you will understand business requirements and participate in market and practice leadership meetings to champion headcount and affordability tracking providing an informed perspective on supply and demand issues and opportunities.

You will work closely with Center & Country leadership to provide advice and guidance that aligns with top leadership goals for headcount and affordability, ensuring proper staffing levels for projects and lead workforce solutions with talent acquisition representatives for a geography or business vertical, driving the strategy, direction, and coordination of resource demands (internal and external) for business constituents.

You will serve as the point of contact for resource managers and business, coordinating across other TA & WS partners and business leaders to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and share best practices. You will also data analytics around resource management and talent acquisition performance to assist resource managers and drive continual improvement and process / tool optimization.

In partnership with strategic workforce operations and transformation leaders you will execute on staffing plans to address workforce needs and close critical workforce gaps, overseeing governance of resource management for your area.

Required & Professional Experience :

5 - 10 years of experience in end to end workforce management , business requirements and participates in market and practice leadership meetings to champion Headcount and Affordability tracking, while providing perspective on supply and demand issues and opportunities. People-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive in improving processes and optimizing resource usage

Understanding of business metrics like utilization, average band / band mix, skill taxonomy, operating model including practice structure, forecasting, demand management, capacity planning

Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics or visualization tools

Preferred & Professional Experience :

Bachelor's degree / Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) is in Business / Human Resources

A deep understanding of business trends and their people implications.

Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and advisory skills
