Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The role involves workflow creation, process automation, JSON / structured data handling, and working on AI-driven training data preparation.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

Build & enhance workflows, incidents, cases, SLAs, and request management.

Develop configurations in CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules.

Create JSON-based structured datasets for automation / AI workflows.

Data Handling & Processes

Author structured datasets for AI model training.

Perform SQL-based validation and data analysis.

Map business processes into ServiceNow enterprise scenarios.

Integrations & Scripting

Use JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.

Work with APIs (REST / SOAP) for integrations.

Collaboration

Work with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

4–6 years ServiceNow experience.

2+ years CSM or HRSD hands-on.

Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, knowledge modules.

Strong JSON authoring and SQL skills.

Good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts.

Preferred

CSA, CIS–ITSM, CIS–HRSD
