As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll step into a strategic leadership role where you can drive cross-channel marketing efforts, manage digital accounts, and guide a cohesive growth strategy — with the freedom and flexibility to do it your way.

THE ROLE

You’ll wear many hats — strategist, storyteller, planner, problem solver — and work closely with founders, creatives, and performance marketers to build brand momentum that actually matters.

Your key responsibilities :

Lead multi-channel marketing strategy across content, digital, brand, and performance

Own and manage digital marketing accounts, ensuring they’re optimized, aligned, and delivering real value

Collaborate across teams to guide the execution of integrated campaigns

Analyze performance data, identify trends, and refine strategies based on real-world insights

Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and platform changes

Mentor junior marketers or freelancers, sharing knowledge and elevating the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a strategic thinker who loves a challenge, but stays grounded in what works.

Your path may be unique — and we value that. Here’s what helps you thrive in this role :

3–4+ years of experience managing digital marketing accounts and campaigns

Google Ads, Facebook, , etc.)

A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy

Experience working independently in fast-paced or startup environments

A keen eye for both creative quality and conversion metrics

Ability to think big-picture while sweating the small stuff

Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote settings

Bonus : Background in content strategy, brand messaging, or demand generation
