4. Profit and Loss Management :
Oversee the P&L for the media planning and buying business unit.
Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and revenue growth.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
5. Client Relationship Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for media-related client inquiries and issues.
Present media strategies and campaign results to clients.

Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently.
Track media expenditures and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. A
Master's degree is a plus.
12+ years of experience overall
Minimum of 12 years of experience in media planning and buying, with at least 7 years in
a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying processes across various channels.
Proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets and successful campaigns.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
Experience in P&L management and financial oversight of a business unit.
