Are you a savvy communicator who lives and breathes social media? TechX is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to amplify our brand, engage our community, and support our growing team. You’ll play a dual role—creating and moderating content across channels, and assisting with day-to-day operations, emails, and intern / apprentice coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Curation
- Craft engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos for , Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design graphics and assets in Canva or similar tools
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication
- Community Moderation & Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and tags; respond with brand-aligned voice
- Identify trending topics and surface feedback to the TechX team
- Grow follower engagement through polls, Q&As, and interactive campaigns
- Administrative & Coordination Support
- Respond to general inquiries and internal emails in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate schedules, onboarding, and check-ins for interns and Apprenticeship participants
- Assist with organizing virtual events, webinars, and team meetings
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Recommend optimizations based on data insights
