Experience Required : 2.5 - 5 years in Digital Marketing Reports To : Centre Manager Training Duration : 15 Days Hiring Window : 7-20 Days Key Responsibilities : Training : Conduct digital marketing training sessions as per the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure students achieve their learning objectives. Student Management : Maintain student and batch attendance records and submit them to the Centre Director / Admin. Classroom Activities : Conduct exercises, mock tests, and engage students with interactive and ice-breaking activities. Demo Classes : Deliver sales-oriented demo classes to showcase the program's value. Student Support : Assist the Centre Head and counselors by addressing student queries and technical doubts. Mock Interviews : Conduct mock interviews with students post-completion of their batch alongside the Centre Head. Classroom Logistics : Share training room requirements with the Centre Head and assist with classroom surveys. Resume Preparation : Guide students in resume preparation. Seminars : Deliver seminars and demo classes in local colleges and schools as required by the center’s BTL team. Skills & Requirements : Digital Marketing Expertise : Minimum of 2.5 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Presentation & Excel : Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Class Management : Ability to manage and engage a group of students effectively. Professional Attire : Formal or semi-formal attire is mandatory—no slippers or sandals.
