Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions within the visa process outsourcing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, strong documentation skills, and work with Bid teams, to craft compelling and technically sound proposals. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

• Lead end-to-end solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable IT architectures tailored to visa processing and related services.
• Recommend optimal technology stacks, platforms, and tools in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Create detailed architecture diagrams, system specifications, and integration designs.
