Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Intern role located in Goregaon. The Growth Intern will contribute to accelerating the company's growth by analyzing business opportunities, executing growth strategies, and supporting a variety of sales and project management initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, assisting with customer outreach, and contributing to marketing and sales campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas and meet business objectives will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Growth Hacking skills to assess data and implement innovative strategies for driving growth
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills for persuasive customer interactions and collaboration across teams
• Project Management skills to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience or knowledge in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
