Naya was co-founded by Vivek and Saad at Harvard after 10+ years of real-world struggle in coordinating the chaos of the design process. Navigating ambiguity. Break down complicated processes, identify core problems, and have a plan for how to proceed. You take initiative to chart a path through the unknown.

End-to-end design. Design new features from scratch and improve existing ones. Own the process from scope definition to low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity designs, and handoff specifications.

Role Basics

Remote. Naya is a remote-first company. Our founders are in New York, but our team spans several countries and time zones.

Education. Preferably have a formal training or education in graphic design, product design, and / or animation.

Hybrid responsibilities. This role is a hybrid of Graphic and UI / UX Design skillsets. Bonus points for animation.

Qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and some experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
