Quality Assurance Lead - Appium / Selenium

Job description

Required Experience :

8-12 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on automation testing.
Proven track record of leading automation initiatives and mentoring junior QA engineers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and debug test automation failures efficiently.

In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Technical Qualifications :

Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.

Skilled in one or more scripting languages : Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with game testing frameworks and tools like TestRail, Jenkins, or the Unity Test Framework

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or CircleCI.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases for test data management and validation.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies such as Docker.

Experience in testing microservices architectures is highly desirable.
