[1-year Contract to Permanent] Analyst (Business Support) - Leading Global Asset Manager

This is a full-time, on-site contract role for 1 year, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent position based on outstanding individual performance.

Job Summary Our client is seeking a detailed and reliable business support professional to support the needs and requirement of their investment team in Asia. You will primarily be providing on-site and remote administrative assistance and executing ad-hoc duties related to deal support and portfolio management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a supportive role, and is proactive, communicative and curious.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support : schedule management, travel arrangements, documentation, meeting preparation Deal Support : build financial models, conduct due diligence checks and preparation of memos, conduct industry research Portfolio Monitoring : preparing portfolio reviews, and tracking operational KPIs and cash flow

Job Requirements : Minimally, MBA from a reputable tertiary institution Minimum experience of 1-3 years' experience supporting investment teams in private equity, investment banking or venture capital Professional proficiency (read, write and speak) in English Strong analytical mind and competent in technical skills (financial modeling, valuation techniques and market tools / platform) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills
