Timings : 12 pm to 8 pm IST

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI / UX Designer / Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead and drive the design process from conceptualization to implementation. You will play a critical role in defining the user experience, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions across our products. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user needs.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality and user-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders) to define product vision and drive impactful design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively and iterate based on feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution.
• Understand and optimize active user flows across different interfaces and offerings.
• Advocate for users by identifying pain points, deeply empathizing with their needs, and proposing solutions that enhance usability and accessibility.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate overall design standards.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on UI / UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and innovation.
