Job Title : Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate & Property Management

We are a growing real estate and property management brand based in Windsor, Ontario, operating under “North.” We manage over 100 rental units and also run an active realtor business. With an expanding workload, we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support both our property management and real estate services across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing & Social Media
- Post content daily on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create marketing materials (ads, reels, posts, flyers) using Canva or CapCut
- Manage Facebook Marketplace rental ads and respond to inquiries
- Track the performance of posts and suggest improvements
Real Estate Promotion
Market listings for sale and leaseSupport property highlight videos and branding postsCoordinate real estate campaigns and help plan video shoots remotelyProperty Management Support
Upload and manage rental listingsShare weekly insights on views, messages, and leadsRecommend rent adjustments based on dataTeam Collaboration
Work closely with the admin manager and virtual assistantKeep marketing files organized and content calendars up to dateCommunicate consistently with the owner for task approvalsRequirements :
1+ year of experience in digital or social media marketingCanva and basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, etc.)Strong written and spoken EnglishHighly organized and proactiveComfortable working independently and remotelyBonus Skills (Nice to Have) :
