• Drive adoption of state management solutions (Ng Rx, Akita, or equivalent) for complex workflows
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and accessibility across browsers and devices
• Define and enforce coding standards, linting, testing strategies, and CI / CD pipelines for frontend
