Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UK and Nordics region.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads within IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and articulate relevant IT service offerings effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.
  • Manage the LG team, ensuring performance, coordination, and timely execution.
  • Track market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM documentation.

Required Experience :

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in IT services sales (Hunting role).
  • Experience working specifically with IT services companies.
  • Strong exposure to the UK, Europe, and Americas markets.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, business culture, and customer expectations in these regions.
  • Key Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical IT services solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage and guide the LG team effectively.
