Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UK and Nordics region.
Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads within IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and articulate relevant IT service offerings effectively.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.
Manage the LG team, ensuring performance, coordination, and timely execution.
Track market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM documentation.
Required Experience :
6-8 years of proven experience in IT services sales (Hunting role).
Experience working specifically with IT services companies.
Strong exposure to the UK, Europe, and Americas markets.
Deep understanding of sales cycles, business culture, and customer expectations in these regions.
Key Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical IT services solutions.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage and guide the LG team effectively.
