• SolidWorks Electrical 2D & 3D wire harnessing expertise.
• Reviewing vendor concept designs, general arrangement drawings, and other order-specific drawings for LV control panel engineering.
• Preparing single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, control schematics, bills of materials, label drawings, assembly drawings, and other order-specific documents for control panels.
• Conducting and validating design calculations, including component sizing, heat load analysis, transformer rating, and current calculations.
• Understanding of PLC logic, SCADA systems, servo drives, and VFD parameter settings in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Detailed execution and effective coordination with team members and customers to efficiently complete tasks and resolve queries.
