Responsibilities

Experience in Routing, Switching (Cisco) and wireless

Troubleshooting Network Operations issues

Exposure to DR Activities (Network DR)

Good networking protocols and standards such as TCP / IP, OSI, UDP, Layer2 (VLANS, STP, VTP)

Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)

WAN technologies (IPsec, VPNs, MPLS, Qos)

Knowledge of redundant protocols HSRP, VRRP and GLBP

Experience on ITIL process & handling Incident, change & Problem management

CCNA Certification

Any Firewall knowledge
