This isn’t an SEO checklist role. It’s a strategy-first position for someone who understands why things rank, not just how.

What This Role Looks Like :

  • Conducting audits that go beyond surface-level fixes
  • Identifying meaningful opportunities across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Collaborating with content strategists to build search-informed narratives
  • Working with developers to ensure structural alignment
  • Reporting in a way that makes clients and creatives both understand the "why"

What Makes You a Fit :

  • 2–5 years in SEO with hands-on experience across audits, content strategy, and technical setup
  • Fluent in tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs / SEMRush, and your own systems of logic
  • Able to see SEO as a long game — with context, nuance, and priorities
  • Comfortable speaking to founders, marketers, and creatives alike
  • Bonus if you’ve worked across different industries or international markets
