We're Hiring : Relationship Manager

Locations : Jabalpur, Durg, Raipur, Ranchi, Gumla, Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Pune, Tarn Taran, Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Ajmer, Banswara, Barmer, Bhilwara, Dausa, Udaipur, Bareilly, Bijnor, Maharajganj, Jalaun, Lucknow, Amroha, Sultanpur, Dehradun, Siliguri,Paschim Medinipur, Agartala

Department : Sales & Marketing

Experience : 2 – 5 years in field Sales
Salary : 3 – 4.2l plus incentives

What You'll Do

Represent a fast-growing EdTech brand in your assigned territory.

Sales & Lead Generation : Pitch Mittsure's products and programs (including Olympiads) to schools, bookstores, and distributors.

Product Demonstration : Conduct demos, training sessions, and market visits to introduce our innovative learning solutions.

Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-term partnerships; manage your area with complete ownership.

Market Exploration : Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights for strategic decisions.

Brand Promotion : Participate in school events, education fairs, and expos to expand Mittsure's brand presence.

Who You Are

A people-person with strong communication skills (Hindi / English; local language preferred).

Street-smart, self-driven, and confident in achieving sales targets.

Knowledge of the local education ecosystem is a plus.

Graduate from any stream (Freshers with strong passion and drive are encouraged to apply).

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working on the field.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirement
