As an Executive Search Consultant, youll drive leadership hiring by combining talent intelligence, executive research, and strategic search capabilities. Youll support C-level and senior hiring across industries, while working closely with consultants and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead research and talent mapping for CXO and senior leadership roles
• Build and manage pipelines of high-caliber executive talent
• Conduct market intelligence, org mapping, and compensation benchmarking
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive candidates
• Attend industry forums and gather on-ground market insights
• Support search strategy and leadership engagement initiatives
