Job Description :

Lead operations for the Sortation Centre and / or Fulfilment Centre .

Monitor key operational metrics and functional performance to proactively identify and resolve process gaps or red flags.

Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream functions to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to cost and efficiency goals.

Partner with Logistics and Retail Operations Heads to review and optimize the distribution network.

Work with external supply chain experts to implement global best practices and supply chain initiatives.

Take ownership of planning, design, and operationalization of new and optimized delivery networks, in collaboration with central teams.

Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative business processes to enhance operational excellence.

Develop, mentor, and motivate cross-location teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
