Job Summary :

  • A seasoned business development professional from the electrical / electronic industry.
  • With prior experience in manufacturing or after sales / service in the field of AC / DC drives, Power electronics like inverters, converters, UPS with High Voltage & Current Devices like IGBTs, Thyristors, Inductors, Capacitors, control boards, PCBs & related Components.
  • Experience in repair, reconditioning or upgradation of the existing equipment used in renewable energy like wind and solar would be preferable.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities.
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies, focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management.
  • Generation of Product Specifications, developing manuals and documentation in co-ordination with the manufacturing teams.
  • Executing projects and coordinating with plant on manufacturing activity.
  • Working on quick turnaround projects and redesign projects & project documentation.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of engineering in Electrical and electronic engineering.
  • MBA in marketing management preferred but not compulsory.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
  • With more than 7 years of experience with various electrical and electronic hardware industry.
  • Working with Indian companies, multinationals with sales, service and distribution network in India.
  • Working conditions :

  • Working location : Head office- Pune, Maharashtra.
  • The person must travel based on the requirement of the job.
  • Occasional travel to sites / customer offices to understand various inputs / requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Gross 20 Cr. Business pipeline for the year.
  • Addition of min 2 new clients & products per month
  • EBITA margins on final sales should not be less than 18%.
  • Complete the project / delivery / upgradation within the committed timelines and costs.
