Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant - Redwood Module

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Redwood UX / UI, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), and key HCM modules such as Core HR, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM technical solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain custom applications using Oracle VBCS and integrate with Fusion HCM.
• Implement and support Redwood UI enhancements and extensions across HCM modules.
• Design and develop BI Publisher reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas as per business needs.
• Work on data conversions, interfaces (Inbound / Outbound), FBDI, HDL, and web service integrations (SOAP / REST).
• Collaborate with functional teams for configurations, technical solution design, and issue resolution.
• Support modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure data integrity across HCM modules.
• Participate in testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support and documentation.
