This is a Full-Time Job located in Chennai, India.

We are seeking a Lead Data Steward to support enterprise data initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data pipelines across data platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ETL / ELT development, data quality practices, and data management principles to help establish trusted data foundations that drive business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting.

This role will be a critical part of our global data team, working closely with US-based stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to build scalable data integration processes, support data governance efforts, and enhance our cloud-based data architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain efficient ETL / ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver high-quality data across systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within cloud data platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses).
• Implement and monitor data quality rules, validation checks, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to align data delivery with business and reporting requirements.
• Document data processes, standards, and lineage to support governance and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities in data validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement corrective actions to maintain trust in enterprise
• data assets.
• Transform raw, complex data into actionable insights through effective visualization techniques.
