ENGIE is accelerating the transition to a carbon-neutral world and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join our Engineering team in Pune. This role is integral to solar project performance analysis, energy yield optimization, and interfacing with various stakeholders across project lifecycles.
As a Senior Performance Engineer , you will :
- Conduct solar resource assessments and analyze energy yield across various design scenarios.
- Optimize plant layouts and support with BOQ preparation using AC & DC loss calculations.
- Evaluate solar module technologies and robotic cleaning systems .
- Perform module inspections and support factory audits .
- Collaborate with the O&M team on Electroluminescence (EL) & FTR analysis.
- Interface with Lender’s Engineers and support due diligence processes.
- Apply ISO 2859 AQL standards for module quality checks.
- Prepare SOPs , checklists, and conduct root cause analysis as needed.
