Back End Developer

Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Create scalable and secure RESTful APIs to power agent workflows.

Collaborate with frontend and AI / ML teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Optimize performance, ensure system reliability, and write maintainable code.

Participate in architecture discussions and make impactful engineering decisions.

Integrate databases and external services (SQL / NoSQL, cloud platforms, etc.).

Requirements :

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

Deep understanding of OOP principles and SOLID design patterns.

Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures.

Proficient with version control systems (Git) and platforms like GitHub / Bitbucket.

Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and test-driven development.

Bonus Skills :

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Familiarity with Supabase or other backend-as-a-service tools.

Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT).

Experience writing unit / integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).
