Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title : Sales Executive Company : Agranik Foods Pvt Ltd Job Summary : The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our distribution network. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
• Ensure products are displayed effectively in retail outlets.
• Manage budgets and control expenses.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports. Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of (Number) years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a distribution network.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills :
