Responsibilities
- Understand and deeply analyze client requirements and goals to align the team with the
needed strategies effectively.
Make sure to stay updated with the latest trends and get behind the team to executethem, as and when needed
Take responsibility and accountability for the team members and duly prepare andpresent the strategies to optimize their growth
Take extra care and caution in the quality control and assurance in the ongoing digitalmarketing projects
Devise and lead innovative plans to meet client objectives and drive successfuloutcomes.
Monitor and guide the digital marketing team and foster a nurturing and collaborativeenvironment.
Stay updated with reports, analyze growth metrics, and derive actionable insights.Periodically conduct meeting rounds and submit the performance insights to the coremembers and stakeholders in the EOD reports
Continuously brainstorm creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaigneffectiveness.
Market digital products using both online and offline channels, from print materials tocampaigns.
Utilize digital marketing strategies for various products, leveraging online ads and viralcampaigns.
Evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategiesaccordingly.
Complete necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management andexecution.
Present updates and reports to core team members, facilitating collaborative insights.Enhance social media efforts, striving to improve KPIs such as engagement and reach.Skills Required
