Key Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management :
  • Nurture relationships with our prestigious B2B clients across India to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • New Business Development :
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within the HORECA, QSR, and beverage sectors.
  • Client Engagement :
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers and purchasing heads; act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Innovation & Product Development :
  • Partner with clients and the internal R&D team to co-create new flavors and offerings that align with market trends.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
  • Market Research :
  • Stay ahead of trends in the hospitality and beverage industry to uncover white space opportunities.
  • Travel & Field Work :
  • Regularly travel across India to meet clients, conduct product demos, attend industry events, and build a stronger Swa presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Hospitality Management , Food Technology , or related field
  • 4–8 years in B2B Sales / Key Accounts in the F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of how hospitality and beverage businesses operate
  • Creative thinker with a passion for product development and innovation
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Self-starter with a founder’s mindset – ready to hustle and grow with a young brand.
