Job Details :

• Structural Design & inter-disciplinary coordination
• Value engineering
• Review Consultant's designs, suggest cost saving options / changes
• Coordinate with costing team for budget purpose
• Coordinate with site team to ensure their queries are sorted out asap
• Prepare BOQ in-house or review BOQ prepared by consultant
• Review structural DBRs, analysis & design models and drawings submitted by consultants
