Position : HR Trainee – IT Recruitment

Location : Bhopal

Experience : 2–4 months

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee with hands-on experience or exposure to IT recruitment . The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring tech talent and eager to grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Work on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Support HR team in daily operations and recruitment drives.
• Handle initial HR communications and follow-ups.
