Quality Assurance Test Lead

Role : Testing Lead - Web, API & Integration Testing

Location : Bangalore (Working from Office – 5 days)

Notice period : Immediate

Strong Manual Testing profile ( 8+ years ) with Integration (API) testing experience and little experience in automation testing

Proactive Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing web applications, APIs, and system integrations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous manual testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of web applications across multiple browsers and devices.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
• Validate data flow and integration between systems and services.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA ).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and resolve issues.
• Participate in regression, smoke, and sanity testing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
