Position : US non-IT Recruiter (multiple positions)

Work timings : 8am - 5pm ET 8am - 5pm MT (night shift)

Salary range : 4-8 LPA + Incentives

Experience : 6+ US non-IT recruitment

Office - onsite

    Responsibilities

  • Source perfect requirement matching candidates using all the industry-leading resume libraries and tools.
  • Update ATS with detailed notes.
  • Conduct interviews via voice and video calls.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as the contact person for candidates' questions.
  • Write persuasive profile summaries for the candidate submissions.
  • Meet weekly quota of quality submissions.
  • Qualifications

  • Expertise in at least one of our service industries.
  • Above average time direction and management.
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Must have international voice process experience)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High-energy, Passionate, Focused, competitive, and motivated personality, Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Knowledge and experience with Boolean Search and Active sourcing techniques
