Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a high level of customer support.

Qualifications Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical Skills to identify and resolve customer issues Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Prior experience in customer support or a related role is a plus
