About the role

We're seeking a unique individual who thrives at the intersection of product development, quality assurance, and engineering. As a Product Quality Engineer at Glade.Ai, you'll be instrumental in shaping product excellence from conception to deployment, leveraging AI throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities

Join product and engineering planning sessions at the beginning of each development cycle
Design comprehensive test suites and define exit criteria for features
Execute testing before production deployment
Create and maintain feature documentation for engineering teams
Own and evolve the main documentation repository
Transfer test suites to AI automated test team for continuous testing
Leverage AI tools throughout all processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required qualification

Technical

6+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation) with a desire to expand into product management

Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools

Experience with AI / ML tools for testing and documentation creation

API testing, performance testing, and security testing knowledge

Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

Cross-functional expertise

Ability to understand complex technical architectures and translate them into test strategies

Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering teams

Strong technical documentation and communication skills

Track record of improving product quality through systematic approaches

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered testing platforms (Checksum, Testim, Applitools, Functionize, etc.)

Proficiency in leveraging Ai tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to create structured documentation

Familiarity with Ai tools for querying large datasets and documentation hubs
